The tutorial I used is from Procreate. The new types of skills I have learned from Procreate tutorials are to fill in the drawing with color by dragging the color from the panel and dropping it in the drawing. The second thing I learned was to tap the picture on a color with my finger to get that color to appear on the panel again.
What I drew on Procreate is a drawing of a girl I created from my imagination. The reason I drew this is because I like cartoons and wanted to create my own cartoon character.
The way she looks like — she is wearing pants with Christmas lights hanging off of them. The red turtleneck sweater with short sleeves, pink bows in her hair to make pigtails, has a light, green arm sleeve on her left arm. The girl is wearing purplish-gray shoes with some brown colored wool around the top of them, which completes the style. To finish off her look, the girl has blonde hair with blue eyes, and a tiny sized mouth. This compliments her light, peach skin, with eyeliner on her eyelashes and pink blush on her cheeks.

The reason why I chose this picture is because the girl is part of my imagination and I think she belongs in Central park, New York city. This is one of my favorite places.
The skills that I have used in Procreate have taught me about layering, distorting, and making a color show up on the color panel when I tap and hold my finger on the color I want to use again. I have enjoyed using this because It teaches me how to draw things on an Ipad.
I believe this has helped me become a better artist because now I am able to have a better understanding from using several different techniques in Procreate.
